WWW Wednesday- Share Your Reads

This is WWW Wednesday!  This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words.   Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post or your thoughts in the comments for others to look at.

Answer these three questions:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you'll read next?

What are you currently reading?
I'm reading Outlander – by Diana Gabaldon  and Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass series Book 1) by Sarah J. Maas.

What did you recently finish reading?
I read a halfway through "Wild Stories: The Best of Men's Journal- 2003", a compilation of a decade of "Men's Journal's" adventure stories.  It's great and I'm kind of considering saving the rest for another summer read in the Adirondack Mountains.  It just fit with reading in the wild.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The rest of both series of Outlander and Throne of Glass will keep me busy.

    1. I love the Outlander show! But I've gotten stuck at "The Wedding" on the first season because I have a curious 14 yr. old in the house. I keep on cringing on playing it when she's around. Then last winter I got my husband hooked on the series (I started over) and again, we got stuck at watching episode #7. So I'll try again this Fall, it was fun to find my husband liked it also and said- "No wonder you love the books!".

  4. Hope you continue to enjoy both series! I haven't tried Outlander (not really my cup of tea) but I enjoyed the first Throne of Glass book... I think I got distracted before I got to the rest.

    1. I find listening to the audio while I knit really fun, perhaps you can listen while you do something. It is fun and I hear the books get better as the series goes on.

    1. The Outlander series is really a treat! My all time favorite. I'd like to read "The Little Paris Bookshop" and some other Paris inspired books. I downloaded a bunch of samples of Paris themed books when my son's girl went to France this Spring for a term. She gave me a postcard from the Louvre of a woman in pink with the words "When I saw this painting I imagined it was Elise in Paris." I really liked that and it made me want to dream......

    1. You know I was a bit bored with the 3rd one and it really picks up on the 4th and 5th book, I can understand why you stopped at the 3rd. I don't know why, but that one didn't grab me, but the rest are amazing!
