Joining "Frontier Dreams" today and sharing my creations.
I'm starting today on a late Christmas Hat, I have a few still to do, all going to Maine, but I'm sure they have lots of winter and snow left!
Don't Mind the Gap is a beautiful beret done in DK yarn. I got soft Superwash Merino Wool yarn at KnitPicks, Swish DK Yarn in Cobblestone Heather, and it's done up on size #5 and #9 circular needles.
I have a feeling it's going to be a really nice hat, the yarn is so soft! Oh, isn't it nice to start a new project? It's like walking into untouched snow, not knowing what to expect, but you're sure it'll be good!
Join "Frontier Dreams" to post your projects on Tuesday or later in the week.
Nicole says: "The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link" on her blog, link above.
Oh what a gorgeous colour - it looks lovely and snuggly!
