Here we are in the middle of winter, I've dreamed of what I'd knit with Bare Yarn from Knitpicks and filled my blog with free patterns - Friday Free Patterns - Knitting with Bare Yarn last week. But I've haven't gotten my hands on that Bare yarn yet, I'm too backlogged with projects, even from Christmas hats. But I plow on. Hopefully by next week I'll get some things done because I'm starting a Dreambird with my local Wednesday morning knitting group and the lessons have begun! I still need to get the yarn! KnitPicks Chroma Fingering Yarn in Lupine and Natural.
But I digress, even though my knitting plate is full to overflowing nothing stops me from dreaming. Dreaming of projects, possibilities, things I'd love to get my hands on. Will I do everything? Probably not, but I love the act of dreaming, letting life itself sort out what happens, or doesn't. So here are some patterns just of patterns that have caught my eye lately and we'll see if there is any connecting thread besides, they're all knitted!
Winter Possibilities
That Copenhagen cowl really caught my attention. While it's true that I love the city, the cowl is just beautiful. And I consider myself lucky to live in a place with a long cowl-weather season.
